Payment Methods

Credit card payment is accepted.

Select “Credit Card” on the “Enter Shipping & Payment Method” screen, and a form for entering your card number and other information will be displayed. Please enter the card number, security code, expiration date, and name on your card (the security code is usually found on the back of the card). Once the transaction is completed, a transaction completion e-mail will be sent to the customer, and upon confirmation by our store, we will send out a shipment information e-mail and ship the product. 

The credit card information entered by the customer will not be shared with our store.

If you are unable to complete the credit
card transaction due to a computer or browser malfunction, please contact us.
We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete the process again.

About delivery

We will send the items in the order they are ordered. Please note that we will send out the products in the order in which they are ordered.

 Personalized items and pre-order items will be shipped within 2 months from the date of order.

Returns and Exchanges

We take every precaution to ensure that our products are safe, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, Please contact us via email or contact form with your order number.

We will exchange the defective product for a good one or refund your money. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

 Please refrain from returning or exchanging the product in the following cases:

  • The product has been used once.
  • If the item is damaged or stained due to the customer's responsibility.
  • If more than 7 days have passed without any special reason after the product arrives.

About gift wrapping

For gifts, we will wrap (Regular price $4.00) and deliver.

In the “Gift Packaging” section, please indicate the name of the item(s) you wish to wrap, whether you wish to wrap a single item or two or more items together, and so on, in an easy-to-understand manner.
If you do not provide any information, we will wrap the items together.

 For large items, we may use simple wrapping, wrapping only a portion of the item. Please understand.

Didn't receive any email after your order?

Whenever you place an order with us, we will send an auto-reply e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in your order form.

If you do not receive an auto-reply e-mail within one hour after placing your order, please check the possible reasons below and contact us.

  1. if you made a mistake in entering your e-mail address.
    If you do not receive an auto-reply e-mail even though your settings are correct, it is possible that the e-mail address you entered is incorrect. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address and contact us at Contact Form.
  2. Customers using free email such as Gmail.
    Depending on the free email address (gmail, hotmail, msn, etc.) you are using, our return email may end up in your spam folder.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your spam folder. In addition, emails from our store may also be deemed as junk mail and sorted to a folder other than the inbox or deleted.
    Please check your “Junk Mail” or “Trash” folder. The auto-reply e-mail address for our shop is as follows. If it is [order@wataoka.co.jp], please move it to your Inbox and set it so that it is not treated as junk mail.
    You can receive our auto-reply e-mail by setting up the filtering function in the e-mail settings menu of your provider. 
  3. If your mailbox on the server is full.
    There is a limit to the capacity of the
    mailbox on the server, and if you do not regularly receive and delete emails, your inbox will fill up. If the inbox is oversubscribed, new mail may not be accepted.
    If you are aware of this problem, please delete your mail from the
    server.
  4. Others
    In cases other than the above, if you are using a company email address for your order, the security is more stringent and the email from our store itself may have been rejected.

All items are shipped from Japan.
For U.S. customers, no duties apply to orders under $800, in accordance with de minimis regulations.

Does it remove fur?

This product is not specifically designed to remove fur, but during shedding season, it may collect some loose fur.

How much force should I use?

Use it as if you were scratching an itchy spot, depending on your cat's reaction.

Try using it with the same degree of force as when your cat is being groomed.

Can I use detergent to wash it?

It is okay!

Is it safe to sterilize by boiling?

The heat resistance temperature of the product is 80°C, so it cannot be sterilized by boiling.
